Nose reshaping or rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging procedures in plastic surgery. With this technique, incisions are placed inside the nose and, therefore, no scar will be present across the bottom of the nose. Dr. Grigoryants performs endonasal rhinoplasty for primary and revision nose surgery. All sutures are absorbable and do not need to be removed. In many patients, nose reshaping surgery is combined with other procedures such as chin augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, eyelid surgery, breast enlargement, and others.
